Anyone who wants to learn real self-defense, beginners welcome. You don't need a background in martial arts. Our online format is especially useful for people who don't have a Kenpo school nearby, or who want to train on a flexible schedule.

Can I learn American Kenpo online?

Yes, and it's one of the best arts to train remotely. Our Zoom classes give you live instruction and real-time feedback, while our Audio Manuals and Learning App let you drill techniques on your own schedule, anywhere in the world.
